PAPRSKY INŽENÝRA GARINA was industrial/dark alternative band from Prague which played in years 1986-1996. This is their album "Blbá Evropa" (Stupid Europe) from 1991.
It was one of the first industrial band, also with OZW, in Czechoslovakia I think.
