Инструкция По Выживанию (in English: Instructions For Survival) — Russian underground rock group from Tyumen. Founded in 1985 and led by Роман Неумоев since 1986.

Recorded in Tyumen Industrial Institute, Winter 1986. On this live record were used "Орбита" tape-recorder and "Свема" tape.
